By default, cookies are associated with a specific domain. For example if you test your flash movie by loading from "127.0.0.1" and your movie uses "localhost" gateway URL the cookies will not be sent in the remote call by the flash player.

As Fluorine authentication uses an identifier stored in a cookie, in this case authentication may fail.
