The open FluorineFx Community Support Forums are located here.

Please do not cross-post, post the same question in multiple forums or in the forum and mailing list. This leads to a waste of resources. As the forum uses several strategies to stop spams, You should be aware that registrations are manually approved and only active members can post; members with less than 3 posts are moderated. Members will be free to post once that number of posts has been approved.

For crashes/bugs, please include log file information and attachment with a sample project or source code demonstrating the problem if appropriate.

Please keep in mind while we enjoy receiving comments and suggestions from developers, we may not reply at all. This will happen if we just don't have the time, if the question is vague or the topic was already answered on the web site, forums or mailing list.

If you are not satisfied with the support available from the collaborative community and available resources then support contracts may be purchased or support can be purchased on a case by case basis.
